In 2016, while studying at MaKami College, I was asked where I saw myself in the future. The answer came quickly and without hesitation — I wanted to build something of my own. A clinic rooted in care, accessibility, and community. A space where people could feel supported, listened to, and genuinely cared for.
Massage therapy wasn’t just a career path for me. It was a way to make a meaningful impact in people’s daily lives.
After graduating from MaKami College’s 3000-hour program in 2018, I gained valuable experience working alongside other health professionals — physiotherapists, chiropractors, and fellow Registered Massage Therapists. Those years shaped my approach to care. I saw firsthand how powerful collaborations could be and how important it is to treat each client as an individual.
Over time, the vision became clearer.
I wanted to create a practice that combined professional therapeutic work with a welcoming, grounded environment. A place where clients could receive effective treatment without feeling rushed or overlooked. I also wanted to make massage therapy more accessible — which led to offering both in-clinic and mobile services throughout Morinville and surrounding communities.
In 2023, TLC Mobile Massage officially became a reality.
Since then, the clinic has grown — not only in services, but in heart. Welcoming additional team members, expanding offerings, joining with other small businesses for collaborations, and continuing to serve our community has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.
